Another beautiful morning, another beautiful parkrun. Today was an Iconic day for Hamish Cullen and Loki Curtis Cullen who both ran their 50th parkruns and Sarah Richards who ran her 100th parkrun ! Well done all of you! Emily Craggs, who is a volunteer at Newbury park run visited us today with her husband James who came first !!
Lovely to see both of you here. This week 245 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 47 were first timers and 46 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 33 different clubs took part.

The male record is held by Peter LE GRICE who recorded a time of 14:38 on 1st January 2019 (event number 198).
The Age Grade course record is held by Emma STEPTO who recorded 93.43% (17:31) on 25th August 2018 (event number 178).
Penrose parkrun started on 28th March 2015. Since then 8,431 participants have completed 38,087 parkruns covering a total distance of 190,435 km, including 7,943 new Personal Bests. A total of 332 individuals have volunteered 2,831 times.
