This week 89 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 15 were first timers and 23 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 9 different clubs took part. Male placings: Chris FITZPATRICK (VM40-44) of Helsby RC, was first over the line in 18:17 - third time in 4 appearances. Ben WEBB (JM15-17) of Halton & Frodsham Harriers, was second over the line in 18:36 - has been first to finish on 3 previous occasions. Steve THOMPSON (SM30-34) of Warrington RRC, was third over the line in 18:37 - has been first to finish on 7 previous occasions. Female placings: Valerie DUNN (VW55-59) of Vale Royal AC, was first (13th overall) over the line in 22:24 - first appearance. Rebecca LACE (SW30-34) (Unattached) was second (34th overall) over the line in 26:47. Lesley JACKSON (SW25-29) (Unattached) was third (35th overall) over the line in 26:51. The three highest age grades were recorded by: Valerie DUNN (VW55-59) – 84.23% for the time 22:24 (13th overall). Ben WEBB (JM15-17) – 74.82% for the time 18:36 (second overall). Chris FITZPATRICK (VM40-44) – 74.66% for the time 18:17 (first overall). The female record is held by Joanne LACKING who recorded a time of 21:40 on 18th February 2017 (event number 4). The male record is held by Colin THOMPSON who recorded a time of 17:35 on 22nd April 2017 (event number 13). The Age Grade course record is held by Angela OLDHAM who recorded 86.98% (23:18) on 4th February 2017 (event number 2). Phoenix parkrun started on 28th January 2017. Since then 1,064 participants have completed 3,286 parkruns covering a total distance of 16,430 km, including 836 new Personal Bests.
