The parkrun weather fairy answered our pleas this week and gave us the only nice bit of weather all weekend!
We were delighted to welcome graduates of the jogScotland Couch to 5k programme, and GPs who ‘pledged to parkrun’ from our partner practices Leith and Portobello surgeries. You can find out more about the parkrun practice initiative here.
A few things to note:
• If you are running with a dog, please keep it to heel
• No barcode, no time, no exceptions!
• We really need volunteers over the summer, please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you can help
• Please listen to the directions of marshals. If you need to turn the volume down on your headphones please so do.
