Event #220, 03 August 2019: First Saturday of the Fringe!

and whilst unofficial, it really is a huge milestone for Bert Logan who did his 350th parkrun today. Well done!

This week 366 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 52 were first timers and 46 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 39 different clubs took part.

The male record is held by Andrew DOUGLAS who recorded a time of 15:21 on 7th November 2015 (event number 29).
The female record is held by Jo WILLIAMS who recorded a time of 17:13 on 26th May 2018 (event number 157).
The Age Grade course record is held by Susan BURNS who recorded 92.66% (20:39) on 28th July 2018 (event number 166).

Portobello parkrun, Edinburgh started on 18th April 2015. Since then 10,812 participants have completed 59,981 parkruns covering a total distance of 299,905 km, including 10,568 new Personal Bests. A total of 844 individuals have volunteered 4,395 times.
