So it was a wee bit chilly and windy, but at least the rain held off, this morning up at the Rising Sun country park.
Well done to all our runners who came out to run around the park and to all our visitor and first timers we hope that you all had a great time running with us this morning.
Please can I remind all runners that if you go though the timers at the end of the run to please collect a position token and then go to the scanners, as this has a knock on effect with processing the results, also can you remember to drop your position token in the container so that we have them for the following week if anyone has position token 191 please return it or just drop it into the token box next week.
On a positive note we were lucky enough to receive another parkrun Golden Baton this morning, which we have already passed on to two visiting runners to carry it on its journey across the country next weekend......
Have a fantastic weekend and hopefully we will see you all next week.
