Chris MERRYLEES (VM35-39) of North Norfolk Beach Runners, was first over the line in 18:43 - 24th time in 38 appearances.
Ben JONES (VM35-39) of Ryston Runners AC, was second over the line in 20:29.
Richard HILL (VM35-39) of Ely Runners, was third over the line in 20:32.

This week there were 130 runners, of whom 41 were first timers and 12 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 21 different athletics clubs took part.
Sheringham parkrun started on 3rd November 2012, and since then 1,711 different runners, including participants from 200 athletics clubs, have completed 8,941 runs covering a total distance of 44,705 km, and there have been 1,819 new Personal Bests.
The Women's course record is held by Olivia WALWYN who ran in a time of 18:00 on 13th July 2013 (event number 34).
The Men's course record is held by Dave MITCHINSON who ran in a time of 16:38 on 13th July 2013 (event number 34).
The Age Grade course record is held by Jane CLARKE who recorded a 85.53% run (20:37) on 3rd May 2014 (event number 76).
