This week 181 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 30 were first timers and 28 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 25 different clubs took part.
A special congratulations goes to Chris Gibbons on completing his 300th parkrun, 268 of which have been at Sheringham. Also congratulations go to Samantha Henry on reaching her 50th milestone.

The male record is held by Nicolas HARHALAKIS who recorded a time of 16:10 on 28th December 2019 (event number 369).
The Age Grade course record is held by Eva OSBORNE who recorded 87.63% (29:14) on 3rd November 2018 (event number 312).
Sheringham parkrun started on 3rd November 2012. Since then 10,224 participants have completed 53,973 parkruns covering a total distance of 269,865 km, including 7,550 new Personal Bests. A total of 470 individuals have volunteered 4,918 times.
