A huge thank you to our wonderful parkrun community both junior and senior  who bought cakes for the Keith Ivison Memorial parkrun.  In total a magnificent £594.43 was raised.  Christine Ivison invited Paul and Susan to hand over the cheque with her, last Monday evening.

This week 502 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 44 were first timers and 65 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 34 different clubs took part.

The male record is held by Andrew DAVIES who recorded a time of 15:16 on 22nd December 2018 (event number 243).
The Age Grade course record is held by Vivian MCCONNELL who recorded 97.25% (19:24) on 31st October 2015 (event number 100).

Shrewsbury parkrun started on 28th September 2013. Since then 13,306 participants have completed 102,570 parkruns covering a total distance of 512,850 km, including 18,062 new Personal Bests. A total of 1,161 individuals have volunteered 8,763 times.
