This week 105 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 14 were first timers and 23 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 11 different clubs took part.

Male placings:
Bobby BRISTOW (SM20-24) of Cambuslang Harriers, was first over the line in 16:21 - second time in 2 appearances.
Craig EADIE (VM35-39) (Unattached) was second over the line in 17:04.
Kieran PUGH (SM20-24) of Kirkintilloch Olympians, was third over the line in 17:35 - has been first to finish on 5 previous occasions.

Female placings:
Jennifer WETTON (SW30-34) of Central AC, was first (4th overall) over the line in 19:10 - first appearance.
Pauline DOHERTY (VW45-49) of Springburn Harriers, was second (18th overall) over the line in 21:50 - has been first to finish on 8 previous occasions.
Michelle CALLAGHAN (VW45-49) (Unattached) was third (19th overall) over the line in 22:16.

The three highest age grades were recorded by:
Elizabeth GILCHRIST (VW70-74) – 81.81% for the time 28:08 (77th overall).
Janice CLEMENT (VW55-59) – 79.72% for the time 23:40 (33rd overall).
Bobby BRISTOW (SM20-24) – 78.90% for the time 16:21 (first overall).

The female record is held by Michelle SANDISON who recorded a time of 17:58 on 18th February 2017 (event number 141).
The male record is held by Jack HEATHWOOD who recorded a time of 15:49 on 15th July 2017 (event number 162).
The Age Grade course record is held by Jeanette C. CRAIG who recorded 94.93% (22:01) on 28th May 2016 (event number 105).
