Run report 202 – 6th July 2019

Well done to everyone who took part this morning and a big welcome to the large group of first timers today and to visitors from Australia, New Zealand and Stockport.

Today, we had Charley guiding Tony Barclay, and following parkrun, she assisted Tony with VI guide training for a group of parkrunners.

Congratulations to one of our visitors, Malcolm, on his 350th parkrun and also to Stormont regular Derek Johnston on his 100th parkrun and 50th at Stormont. Thanks Derek for the goodies!

With many of our regular volunteers on holidays, our roster is looking a bit light over the coming weeks, so if you are a regular participant at Stormont and haven't volunteered before, please do consider helping out - full training will be provided.

This week 265 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 42 were first timers and 32 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 27 different clubs took part.
