New Years Day parkrun

If you can’t get enough of parkrun we are having a special New Years Day one just to help blow away the last bits of a hangover. It will start at 10.30am.

Here is a snapshot of our festive season.

Friday November 30th at 7pm - volunteer social at Cantina

Saturday December 22nd at 9am - parkrun

Christmas Day at 9am - parkrun and chocolate

Saturday 29th December 9am - parkrun to cling on the last bits of 2018

Tuesday 1st January 2019 10.30am - parkrun to welcome in another year of PB’s and volunteering opportunities.

 

Christmas Day parkrun

We will be having a parkrun on Christmas Day at the usual time of 9am. If you need a little persuading, it’s just possible that Father Christmas may have left us some chocolates.

There will still be a parkrun on Saturday 22nd December at 9am.

 

Torbay Half Marathon Need your help

The Torbay Half Marathon is organised by Torbay Athletic Club and they are happy to donate £500 towards the the funding needed to create a Sunday Junior 2k parkrun at the Torbay Velopark..

We must find 25 marshal to help from 08.00 to 12.00.

The date is Sunday 24th June.

Please tell Matt you are a parkrunner.

Marshals will be needed at every junction between Torbay Hotel, Torquay to Esplanade Hotel, Paignton. If you have a prefer position on the course you like to marshal, Please tell Matthew. There is normally 2 marshals at each junction sometime more at major junctions.
