After the birthday celebrations of last week, we continued to say congratulations to four more members of Tring parkrun.
This week we celebrated Amelie Bunn reaching her 10th parkrun with the help of mum Elaine and sister Holly.
We went on to say a massive congratulations to David Saul and Richard Murphy would both completed their 100th parkrun.
And finally we could not make Tring parkrun happen without the volunteers and Andy Angell will be sporting his purple t-shirt shortly after volunteering 25 times.
We welcomed 231 runners this week with 23 first timers and we continued the PB's of last week with 43 runners getting new personal bests.

Thank you to all of our volunteers this week – if you fancy giving it a go it’s great fun and a free hi-vis jacket is yours to wear with whatever clashing jumper you like. We are always on the lookout for new volunteers, so if you think you could help with any of our roles on a Saturday morning, just drop us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
See you next time! Katie
