Wintery parkrun

Upton Court parkrun
Event number 359
30th November 2019

When I arrived at Upton Court Park this morning the fog was down and you could not see across the park. But the fog lifted and we had a wonderful sunny run.

We hope all the visitors enjoyed our run. We often have runners coming to Upton Court for their 'U'. Today we welcomed Kirsten and Phil Bradley from Wakefield who completed their alphabet today! They have even travelled to Poland to get the 'Z', parkrun Zielona Góra.

Congratulations and a huge thank you to Bob Hardman for his 100th time of volunteering at Upton Court.

This week 155 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 35 were first timers and 9 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 23 different clubs took part.

The event was made possible by 16 volunteers:

Alison BROWNHILL • James BATES •  Bob HARDMAN • Adrian CLEMENT • Emily May HICKS • Dennis BONNIE • Matt SMITH • Harbhajan DHILLON • Neel PATIL • James BENNETT • Lisa EUDEN • Lisa DOIDGE • Gary COOK • Gurdip HANSRA • Erin OLIVER • Rishita RALLABANDI
