Thank you to Kirkstall Harriers who provided volunteers and pacers for our run this week. Sam and Malcolm Taylor ran their 100ths as pacers, thanks, both! The Harriers were promoting the Kirkstall Abbey 7 trail race, which is on 28 September.
Well done to Andrea Barras who ran her 250th. Robyn Johnson ran her 150th. Sam and Malcolm Taylor ran their 100ths and Mark Hayward ran his 50th.
Don't forget to sign up for the Red Welly Relay on 28 September, we need two teams of 25, running 200m each, women against men. It's handicapped, so you just need to run as fast as your PB this year!
