The first Saturday of the month is always Pacer Day and this week we had pacers running at times ranging from 20 to 40 minutes. Thank you to our volunteer pacers who helped quite a few of you achieve PBs. If you'd like to pace or be paced, let us know!
Thank you also to those of you who brought your old trainers, which will soon be on their way to prisoners in Zimbabwe.
Well done to Carmel Barradell, who joined the 250 Club, Emma Brown, who ran her 150th, and Katharine Scott, who ran her 100th. David Broad, Tom O'Brien and Jodie Salter ran their 50ths.
