The A-Z of Wyre Forest parkrun Event number 174 12th January 2019
A- Andy SALT, first finisher this week in 17.55 (epic)
B- Bryan the beagle !!
C- Clubs,,, 36 took part.
D- Don't forget your barcode.
E- Everyone was a winner this week that went to Wyre Forest parkrun.
F- Foxy ladies running club made a few appearances.
G- Gill JONES was tail walking (thankyou)
H- Hillier than most parkruns.
I- I loved the trails on this parkrun.
J- Joanne BANNISTER's first time at parkrun wooooohoooo
K- Kinda like Fort William parkrun (one lap of undulating forest trails)
L- Light drizzle but perfect running conditions.
N- Nearly passed out with that uphill finish.
0- Overly enthusiastic marshals made this parkrun special.
P- Personal bests this week ... 30 !
Q- Quality parkrun course.
R- Roster was filled.
S- Sarah CARR was first female with 22.52

Thank you of course to all of you who came as our course attendance record was well and truly smashed this week! 309 finishers was a huge increase on our previous highest attendance of 274! How many will we get this week I wonder...?
CONGRATULATIONS to timekeeper Daren JACKSON who gained his purple t-shirt for volunteering 25 times! Thank you Daren, we really appreciate it.
Well done also to Esme JENKINS who completed her milestone 10th parkrun and to Ellie RICHARDSON on her 50th parkrun, great job girls!

You should consider getting some ERS Barcodes.
